Just Granted
Planning-application leads for the building trade: read the council portals every week, put the applications near you on one screen, and post the letter for you. A trading name of Blueworkz Ltd. It has not opened yet.
The situation
A builder who wants work from planning applications has to visit council portals one at a time, each with its own search, and then write and post the letters. Blueworkz Ltd set out to do the reading centrally, once, for everybody — and started as a paying customer of somebody else's version of it.
What we did
Just Granted collects planning applications from council portals across the United Kingdom every week and puts them on one map and one list, filtered by how far you are willing to travel. Tick the applications worth chasing and the letter is printed and posted for you.
The pricing is on the product's own page and is deliberately plain: searching every council is free with no card, a letter is £1.45, and £39 a month adds the applicants' names and addresses with thirty letters already in the price. No contract, and no trial clock.
Anyone can type a postcode into the front page and see what is held near them before giving an email address. The collectors are deliberately unhurried — one request every couple of seconds per council, and a council that does not want to be read is left alone.
Where it is now
Just Granted is in final user acceptance testing. It is due to launch in autumn 2026, and it is taking registrations until then.
